In this session, we are joined by Nicola Codner who has been qualified as a person-centred counsellor since 2015 and has worked as a volunteer counsellor with various organisations since 2014. She will explain how and why the black community should feel comfortable seeking support for mental health matters.

A presentation on colourism followed by a discussion on attitudes of society towards the colour of our skin.
